Facebook data
To delete the Facebook data Shop holds about you (your Facebook ID, name, access token, and chosen Page and ad account), do any one of these:
- In Shop, open Ads and press Disconnect. This deletes it immediately.
- On Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and websites, find Shop and press Remove. Facebook tells us and we delete it automatically.
- Email [support email] from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We do it within 30 days.
Your whole Shop account
Email [support email] to delete your account, products and enquiries. Buyers can ask the seller they contacted, or email us, to delete their enquiry.
