These terms are an agreement between you and [Registered business name] ("Shop", "we") for using Shop. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 and allowed to run your business.

2. Your products and content

• You own your photos and product information. You allow us to store and show them in your catalogue and in ads you create.
• You must have the right to use the photos you upload, describe products honestly, and follow Indian law (including consumer protection rules) and Meta's Advertising Standards.
• We may remove content that is illegal, misleading or harmful.

3. Buyer enquiries

Buyers agree to be contacted about the product they asked about. Use their details only for that purpose. Do not add them to marketing lists without their separate consent.

4. Facebook and Instagram ads

• Ads run on your own Meta ad account. Meta bills you directly for ad spend; Shop does not collect ad payments.
• Shop only creates or starts an ad after you review it and press “Publish”. You can pause it from Shop or Meta Ads Manager.
• Meta reviews every ad and may reject or limit it. Results (views, clicks, enquiries) are not guaranteed.
• Your use of Meta is also covered by Meta's terms and policies.

5. Fair use

Do not misuse Shop: no spam, no attempts to access other sellers' data, no illegal or prohibited products.

6. Service availability and liability

We work to keep Shop running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using Shop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city] have jurisdiction. Contact [support email] first — most issues can be solved quickly.
